Vince exemplifies unwavering commitment, proven leadership, and deep Fayette County pride. Drawing on decades of experience and the timeless values instilled by his parents, the late Joseph L. Vicites and Dolores (Polando) Vicites, Vince is devoted to building a brighter future for our county.
A lifelong Democrat born and raised in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, Vince is driven by a passion for service and a vision for progress. He holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from St. Francis University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University, combining advanced education with the determination forged as a graduate of Laurel Highlands High School. These experiences have shaped him into a forward-thinking leader who listens, takes action, and delivers results.
Vince is married to Kelly Ann Cheripko Vicites and is the proud father of two sons, Joey and Nick. Joey and his wife, Ariel, have two daughters.
